The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have arrested two young men for spraying wads of Nigerian currency from the top of their car.
The Video obtained by Oceanicnews shows the young men being whisked away for interrogation by the anti graft agency. They were allegedly tracked to their home after the open show of wealth by spraying money from a moving vehicle to the crowd.
